When will my order ship ?

We at INIT know how important it is to receive your purchased product in the finest condition, and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-5 business days within India.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel any order, please send an email to connect@and briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once the order cancellation email is received we will cancel your order and provide you a confirmation email of this.

Can I return a perfume which does not suit me?

At INIT, we do not encourage blind buys/purchases. Fragrance are subjective by nature. The aroma of niche perfumes as perceived. We recommend to check fragrance notes, read brief and view mood and make information based decision for complete satisfaction. This is both in the interest of our company and customer.
